Adrian Kardys has been a regular in the middle with the whistle or on the line with a flag at local football matches in recent years, and Dan put some questions to him about his time as a referee so far, how he enjoys the role and why others should give refereeing a go, in the latest Sportscast Jersey interview.
When did you first know you were interested in being a referee?
My journey started when I started looking to get back into football, but not as a player. Working around law and looking for something to keep me fit, refereeing was a natural option.
